How much do these buildings cost?
The cost of these buildings varies depending upon the size and any add-on options you choose. Please contact us for a free consultation.
Does my building come with a warranty?
Yes. The tin comes with a 45 year warranty.
Are these building moveable?
Yes. They are specially designed to be moved using your tractor, and will handle it quite well.
Do these need to be anchored down?
Yes. We highly recommend anchoring the front of these building down. High winds can blow them over if not properly anchored. Backs and Barns offers this service to you, at a very small additional fee.
How long does it take to get my building?
Anywhere from 10 days to 3 weeks from the time you order your building. This depends on the size and add on options you choose for your building, as well as our current turn around time based on volume.
How does my building get delivered?
It gets brought to you on a flatbed trailer fully assembled. The only thing needed to unload is a tractor.
How much is the cost of freight for delivery?
The cost of freight varies depending on the location of delivery.
Do you deliver outside the state of Kansas?
Yes! Currently we deliver to 7 different states including Kansas, but we always welcome new customers from any state.
Do we pay property tax on these structures?
That depends. Our structures are portable therefore you likely do not have to pay property tax in most states. Please check with your state to be sure.
Do we pay sales tax on these structures?
Since most of our buildings are considered agriculturally exempt, means you would not have to pay sales tax.
What is your payment policy?
We require 25% of the total cost up front and the remaining balance when the building is delivered.
